About the finish
The classic MB-Tex grain of the 1980s. The smooth material went on the bolsters, door panels and trim, and the embossed material (the 72160-76160 codes) went in the seat inserts. Where a color exists in both, both are on this page. Order both swatches to see the pair together.
Which colors suit your car
Black, Blue, Gray, Cream, Cream Beige, Brazil, Palomino, Middle Red, Brick (the factory's Henna), Saddle and Parchment are the core 1980s palette of the W123, W126, W201 and W124; Olive, Avocado and Sienna are the earlier, rarer shades; Ash Gray, Java and Shell arrived with the R129 SL in the 1990s. Vinyl varies by batch, your original trim has aged, and printed color charts are approximate. We do not accept returns of cut vinyl because the color does not match your interior.
