Return Policy
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Shipping charges

Raw materials including but not limited to fabric cut by the yard and raw leather

Discounted items marked as final sale

Items that are cut, trimmed, glued, or altered in any manner from their original condition

Items or orders marked as Special Order on the quote or invoice, which include but are not limited to:

Items that are not in original material and/or color
-
Custom ordered colors and materials
-
Individual items that are usually sold as a kit or set
We only accept returns from the person or company who ordered directly from Newark Auto. If you ordered through one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them with your request.
To return product(s), please send an email to support@newarkauto.com with the order number and the reason for the return. Newark Auto’s support team will reply within 24 hours to begin processing your request.
All returns must receive prior approval and be shipped to the Return Address according to the Repackaging Instructions:

Repackaging Instructions:

Tops, seat upholstery, and carpet sets must be carefully folded and repackaged in the same manner as they were received.

For convertible tops, ensure the window is protected by the provided tissue paper. Avoid tightly creasing the window during packaging.
Reason for Return:
CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT – Newark Auto will accept products back as long as they are in new, unaltered condition and it is less than 60 days since your order was shipped.

Customer agrees to pay return shipping cost

Refund less original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee to be issued to the original payment method only after receipt of returned product in original condition
WRONG ITEM SENT – Newark Auto will replace the product with the proper item. Please send photo(s) so Newark Auto’s team can verify the wrong item was indeed sent.

Newark Auto will send a return label to have the wrong item returned

Newark Auto will manufacture and ship the correct item only once the return label has been registered as picked up by the shipping carrier
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT – Newark Auto will facilitate product replacement according to the terms of its written Warranty. To speed up this process, please include photographs documenting the defect.

Upon confirmation of a product defect, Newark Auto will, at its discretion, either manufacture an identical replacement or issue a credit using the original payment method.
