If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 60 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To initiate a return or cancellation, email us at support@newarkauto.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including special orders, custom colors, and custom materials)
- Items that have been cut, trimmed, glued, or altered from their original condition
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will inform you of any applicable costs before you complete your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
